For the fourth time since 2015, Casey Electric Sales, has partnered with FCG to conduct market research and facilitate a strategic planning session. Casey Electric Sales is a manufacturer’s representative in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. Every two years, FCG interviews Casey’s manufacturer and distributor partners and then facilitates a two-day strategic planning session for the agency.

FCG recently completed conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Stanion Wholesale Electric, an electrical distributor with 17 branch locations throughout the state of Kansas. This is the third Customer Satisfaction Survey that FCG has conducted for Stanion.

North Coast is an electrical distributor with 30 branch locations throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho & Alaska. North Coast is headquartered in Seattle and is a Sonepar Operating Company.

In addition to conducting North Coast Electric’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, FCG also facilitated a customer service improvement team at North Coast made up of 12 cross-functional North Coast associates and focused on process improvements. FCG assisted North Coast in designing and implementing a Customer Service Guarantee Program that has successfully helped North Coast differentiate itself from its competition and take market share.
