This is the fourth Customer Satisfaction Survey that FCG has conducted for First Supply.

First Supply is a distributor of plumbing, HVAC, PVF, well/pump, and waterworks supplies.

Heatcraft Refrigeration Products has retained FCG to conduct a national customer survey of refrigeration distributors, contractors and OEM’s.

Heatcraft Refrigeration Products is a manufacturer of refrigeration equipment and controllers.

General Plumbing Supply (GPS) has hired FCG to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey. GPS is a plumbing distributor with 18 locations serving NJ, NY, and PA.

FCG is again conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Werner Electric Supply, a top-class electrical distributor in the State of Wisconsin.

For the 23rd consecutive year FCG is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Consolidated Supply. Consolidated Supply is a distributor of plumbing and waterworks supplies. Consolidated Supply is located throughout Oregon, Washington & Idaho.

For the 19th consecutive year, FCG conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Electric Supply, Inc. (Tampa, FL).

FCG also conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey for Electric Supply, Inc.

Electric Supply, Inc. has the highest customer satisfaction of any distributor that FCG has conducted a survey for.

Also, Electric Supply, Inc. is the second largest single-location electrical distributor in the country.

Century A/C Supply, an HVAC distributor in Texas, has hired FCG to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

HARDI, the national association of HVACR distributors, has hired FCG to conduct a national survey of HVACR contractors to find out how distributors can best respond to the changing business environment.

Additionally, HARDI has named Farmington Consulting Group to its Proven Vendor Partner Program.

FCG is currently conducting a Vendor Satisfacton Survey for They Reynolds Company, an electrical distributor with 17 branch locations throughout Texas and Louisiana.

FCG is interviewing The Reynolds Company’s top manufacturer and rep agency partners.

FCG is currently conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Locke Supply.

Locke Supply is a distributor of electrical, plumbing and HVAC supplies and has over 100 branch locations.

Casey Electric Sales is an electrical manufacturer’s rep in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas & Missouri.

FCG recently conducted market research with Casey’s manufacturers and distributors. FCG also facilitated a two-day strategic planning session with Casey’s management team.

FCG recently conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Stanion Wholesale Electric.

Stanion is an electrical distributor with 17 branch locations throughout Kansas and Western Missouri.

ACR Supply, an HVAC/R distributor in North Carolina, has hired FCG to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Legrand has hired FCG to conduct a survey with each of their rep agencies across the country to find out how Legrand is performing and what their greatest opportunities for growth are.

FCG is also facilitating a Distributor Advisory Council for Legrand this month.

Legrand is a manufacturer of electrical wiring systems. It’s major brands include Pass & Seymour, Wiremold and Cablofil.
