HVAC Supply is a wholesale distributor of heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment in Colorado with five branch locations in Denver, Fort Collings, Eagle, Colorado Springs, and Englewood.

Now in its second year, MRPAR (The Manufacturers’ Representative Performance Analysis Report) is a financial reporting tool for electrical manufacturers’ representatives to confidentially compare their operational efficiency to other rep agencies.

FCG and NEMRA partner each year to provide this service to NEMRA’s rep members.

NEMRA is the National Electrical Manufacturers’ Representatives Association and has over 350 rep members.

Dallas Wholesale Builders Supply and its subsidiary, DW Distribution which serves customers with millwork and building materials in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana has selected FCG as its strategic planning partner.

FCG will:

•Conduct confidential internal SWOT analysis
•Implement a 3-day strategic planning session

Western Extralite Company, Kansas City, MO selected Tom O’Connor of FCG to serve as outside facilitator for Board of Advisor meetings. Tom’s responsibilities will be to:
*Create a clear well-defined agenda for board meetings and send out two weeks before each meeting.
*Facilitate board meetings to ensure each meeting:
– Is tightly focused and time is carefully managed for results.

Cuneo Group, an electrical manufacturers’ representative has selected FCG to develop a long-term strategy for their agency. Cuneo Group covbers Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming

Cablofil/ Legrand retains Tom O’Connor, FCG to facilitate a 3-day Long-Range Strategic Planning (LRSP) session that includes creation of long-range strategic objectives and goals, comprehensive SWOT analysis, critical success factors, and identification and execution of top strategic initiatives.

FCG will be conducting distributor market research to determine: 1) What differentiates Wiremold from its major competitors — Hubbell, T&B, Mono Systems, & Panduit; and 2) How to take market share from each major competitor. Tom O’Connor, FCG will also be facilitating a 3-day long range strategic planning session with Wiremold’s strategy team.
