Century A/C Supply, an HVAC distributor in Texas, has hired FCG to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

HARDI, the national association of HVACR distributors, has hired FCG to conduct a national survey of HVACR contractors to find out how distributors can best respond to the changing business environment.

Additionally, HARDI has named Farmington Consulting Group to its Proven Vendor Partner Program.

FCG is currently conducting a Vendor Satisfacton Survey for They Reynolds Company, an electrical distributor with 17 branch locations throughout Texas and Louisiana.

FCG is interviewing The Reynolds Company’s top manufacturer and rep agency partners.

FCG is currently conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Locke Supply.

Locke Supply is a distributor of electrical, plumbing and HVAC supplies and has over 100 branch locations.

For the 22nd consecutive years FCG is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Consolidated Supply. Consolidated Supply is a distributor of plumbing and waterworks supplies. Consolidated Supply is located throughout Oregon, Washington & Idaho.

Stanion is an electrical distributor with 17 branch locations throughout Kansas and Western Missouri.

Legrand has hired FCG to conduct a survey with each of their rep agencies across the country to find out how Legrand is performing and what their greatest opportunities for growth are.

FCG is also facilitating a Distributor Advisory Council for Legrand this month.

Legrand is a manufacturer of electrical wiring systems. It’s major brands include Pass & Seymour, Wiremold and Cablofil.

Dakota Supply Group (DSG) has asked FCG to conduct a Vendor Satisfaction Survey for them.

FCG will be interviewing DSG’s manufacturers and rep agencies to find out how DSG is perceived by it’s vendor partners and uncover improvement areas for DSG.

DSG is a distributor of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks, and sewer/well products in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana & Wisconsin.

FCG is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Dakota Supply Group. This is the 8th customer survey that FCG has conducted for DSG.

DSG is a distributor of electrical, plumbing and HVAC products throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Montana.

FCG is currently conducting a Vendor Satisfaction Survey for Mayer Electric, one of the largest independent electrical distributors in the country.

FCG is surveying Mayer’s top manufacturers.

Mayer is headquartered in Birmingham, AL and has over 70 locations throughout the Southeast.

MRL is an electrical manufacturer’s rep in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

FCG is currently conducting market research with MRL’s manufacturers, distributors and contractor customers. Next month FCG will facilitate a two-day strategic planning session with MRL’s management team.
