North Coast Electric Has FCG Conduct Its 3rd Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

For the third consecutive year, FCG is conducting North Coast Electric’s Customer Satisfaction Survey.

North Coast is an electrical distributor with 30 branch locations throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho & Alaska. North Coast is headquartered in Seattle and is a member of Affiliated Distributors.

In addition to conducting North Coast Electric’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, FCG also facilitates a customer service improvement team at North Coast that is made up of 12 cross-functional North Coast associates and is focused on process improvements. FCG assisted North Coast in designing and implement a Customer Service Guarantee Program that has successfully helped North Coast differentiate itself from its competition and take market share.
