K&M Electric Supply calls on FCG to facilitate a Strategic Planning Session

FCG is facilitating a 2-day Long Term Strategic Planning Session for K&M Electric Supply (Riviera Beach, FL).

Prior to the 2-day strategy session, FCG will interview K&M’s key customers and manufacturers over the phone to gain external knowledge of the company. K&M’s strategy team members will complete an internal SWOT.

K&M Electric is a 6-location electrical distributor with branches along the east coast of Florida in Riviera Beach, Lake Worth, Jupiter, Royal Palm Beach, Vero Beach, & Port St. Lucie.

K&M Electric is a distributor of electrical products which meet the needs of the residential, commercial, industrial, utility, and OEM customer. These products include electrical distribution equipment, transformers, raceway, wire, cable, lighting, controls and related products.
