FCG Conducts Riffle & Associates’ Organization Development Assessment
Riffle & Associates, an electrical manufacturers rep with offices in Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati, OH, hired FCG to conduct a 3-day organization development assessment that resulted in a new organization design to better serve their manufacturers, customers, and associates; as well as written job descriptions and an incentive compensation plan.
