TJ O’Connor Named Speaker at HARDI’s Focus Conference

HARDI, the national association of HVAC/R distributors, has named TJ O’Connor as a speaker at their Focus Conference. TJ will be holding two sessions at the conference, speaking on how distributors can form deeper connections with their customers and also on how distributors can gather actionable customer feedback.
