Springfield Electric Selects Tom O’Connor to Facilitate its Customer Advisory Council
Since 1995, Springfield Electric has hosted an annual Customer Advisory Council, where customers of all types and sizes are asked to evaluate Springfield Electric’s performance and help them chart a course of improved products and services that will offer additional opportunities for success. Over the course of 1 1/2 days customer share their observations of the electrical channel, benchmark with other non-competing companies, hear best-practices, discuss issues impacting their business, and review services that could lead to improved organizational productivity. Tom O’Connor of FCG is facilitated this year’s Customer Advisory Council.
