Leff Electric Has FCG Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey
Leff Electric, a Cleveland-based electrical distributor, is having FCG conduct its 2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey.
This is the second customer satisfaction survey that FCG has conducted for Leff Electric. After the first customer survey, Leff Electric retained FCG to facilitate a cross-functional customer service improvement team and help the company design & implement a Customer Service Guarantee Program.
Leff Electric has eight branch locations in the Cleveland area and is ranked #83 in Electrical Wholesaling’s ranking of the top electrical distributors in the country. Leff Electric is a member of A-D.
