HESCO (Hartford Electric Supply) has retained Tom O’Connor & TJ O’Connor from FCG to faciliate a cross-functional customer service improvement team called the Deliver On the Promise Team.

HESCO is an electrical distributor located in Rocky Hill, CT that caters primarily to the industrial market and is heavy into automation products and solutions. HESCO is a Rockwell/Allen-Bradley distributor that serves the OEM, MRO, and System Integrator markets.
