FCG Facilitates Dakota Supply Group’s “Deliver on the Promise” Team

Dakota Supply Group, a 20 branch location electrical, plumbing, & hvac distributor in North Dakota, South Dakota & Minnesota, has retained TJ O’Connor & Tom O’Connor from FCG to faciliate a cross-functional customer service improvement team called the “Deliver On the Promise” Team.

FCG has also conducted three consecutive annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Studies for Dakota Supply Group.

Dakota Supply Group was ranked #39 in Electrical Wholesaling Magazine’s 2011 ranking of the top electrical distributors in the country and is a member of IMARK.
