Western Extralite Selects Tom O’Connor to Organize & Facilitate Outside Board of Advisor Meetings

Western Extralite Company, Kansas City, MO selected Tom O’Connor of FCG to serve as outside facilitator for Board of Advisor meetings. Tom’s responsibilities will be to:
*Create a clear well-defined agenda for board meetings and send out two weeks before each meeting.
*Facilitate board meetings to ensure each meeting:
– Is tightly focused and time is carefully managed for results.
– Everyone actively participates in a candid and frank manner that ensures topics
are challenged with good creative alternatives, and action items are agreed upon.
