Pass & Seymour/Legrand has retained FCG to conduct an “Ease of Doing Business” market research telephone survey with electrical distributors and electrical contractors. Pass & Seymour/Legrand’s current “Ease of Doing Business” customer service model is a core competency that gives them a competitive advantage. Pass & Seymour is considering the expansion of this customer service model in the ED Channel. FCG research will Identify and quantify opportunities for expanding Pass & Seymour’s “Ease of Doing Business” customer service model.
