North Coast Electric Has FCG Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey

North Coast Electric, a 30-branch location electrical distributor in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, & Alaska, is having FCG conduct its 2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey.

This is the second customer satisfaction survey that FCG has conducted for North Coast. After the first customer survey, North Coast retained FCG to facilitate a cross-functional customer service improvement team and help the company implement a Customer Service Guarantee Program.

North Coast Electric is ranked #22 in Electrical Wholesaling’s ranking of the top electrical distributors in the country and is a member of A-D.
