FCG Conducts E-Commerce Market Research Study for Etna Supply
In an effort to obtain feedback from its customer regarding E-Commerce and online ordering, Etna Supply asked FCG to conduct a Market Research Study on the topic with Etna’s customers.
Etna Supply is a distributor of plumbing, PVF, waterworks, HVAC, & fire protection products in Michigan.
For this market research study, FCG sent out an online survey to several thousand of Etna Supply’s customers and followed it up by interviewing over 30 of its customers over the phone.
Some of the areas FCG broached with Etna’s customers included their current and future spend through online ordering systems, as well as their experience utilizing Etna’s website and competitor’s websites.
