FCG Conducts Dakota Supply Group’s Fourth Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
Dakota Supply Group (DSG) is having FCG conduct its 2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey.
This is the fourth annual customer satisfaction survey that FCG has conducted for DSG . After the last customer survey, DSG retained FCG to facilitate a cross-functional customer service improvement team and help the company design & implement a Customer Service Guarantee Program.
DSG is a distributor of electrical, plumbing, & HVAC products. DSG has over 25 branch locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Montana.
DSG’s Marketing Manager, Arne Breikjern, states:
