FCG Conducts Customer Satisfaction Survey for Stanion Wholesale Electric

FCG recently conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey for Stanion Wholesale Electric.

Stanion is an electrical distributor with 17 branch locations throughout Kansas and Western Missouri.

Following TJ O’Connor presentation of Stanion’s 2019 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results to Stanion’s Leadership Team and Branch Managers, one of Stanion’s Branch Managers provided the following testimonial:

This is the second customer survey that FCG has conducted for Stanion. As a results of the first survey in 2017, Stanion implemented a Top 400 Stock Guarantee to its customers and also implemented a Strategic Services Solution.
