Dakota Supply Group Has FCG Conduct 6th Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

FCG is currently conducting Dakota Supply Group’s Customer Satisfaction Survey for the sixth consecutive year.

Dakota Supply Group is a distributor of electrical, plumbing & HVAC products and has 30+ branches throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Montana.

In the past few years, Dakota Supply Group has expanded it’s geographic territory by acquiring several other distributors, including MDM Supply in Montana, W.A. Rossevelt Co. in Wisconsin and Woodruff Co. as well as Pipeline Supply in Southern Minnesota.

After their 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey, Dakota Supply Group retained FCG to facilitate a cross-functional customer service improvement team and help the company design & implement a Customer Service Guarantee Program.
