Burrus & Matthews has hired FCG to conduct a High-Performance Organization Development Assessment

Burrus & Matthews (BMI), Irving, TX has hired FCG to conduct a 4-day High-Performance Organization Development Assessment at both Dallas and Houston sales offices. This Assessment will: 1) Develop recommended BMI’s “To Be” Organization Design along with written job descriptions describing reporting structure, key responsibilities, and qualifications for all key functions. 2) Recommend which BMI individuals should perform which function.
